Denticon provides a great way to understand how many patients had a completed procedure code within a time period via:
- Click the word “Reports”
- Click the word “Recall Reports”
- Select the report “Procedural Recall Report”
- Indicate Office/Office Group
- Indicate the desired date(s) for the report
- If the office wishes to understand only specific codes:
- Click the button at the “Recall Procedure Codes” field
- Uncheck Include ALL in the upper Right Corner
- Select the desired procedure code
- Click the button >Apply>Print
- If the office wishes to understand all posted codes, do not indicate any code within the “Recall Procedure Codes” fields
- Click to generate the report to the Adobe Acrobat Reader window for viewing and printing
The “Recall Procedure Codes” report – as well as Denticon’s other recall reports – exclude accounts which are sent to Collection. When a Responsible Party account is marked as Collection, any patient record within the Responsible Party account will be excluded from the report.
