Can You Change the Order of Forms in the Patient Portal?
No — there is no way to manually reorder forms on the Patient Portal dashboard, either from the patient's side or from the practice's side. There are no "slot" numbers, drag-and-drop controls, or sequence settings anywhere in the portal or the practice app's form builder.
Why the order appears the way it does
The portal simply displays forms in the order they are returned from the system — which reflects the order in which they were assigned to that patient or appointment. There is no ranking, priority field, or custom sort option.
