Legwork recall date is decided by the last met appointment.
The patients last appointment met (completed, billed, status equivalent to met) date gets locked in and the 6-month recall delivery schedule events start counting down.
As soon as a patient schedules an appointment that recall date gets paused, and the 6-month recall delivery schedule events stop counting down.
If that appointment is canceled AND the patient no longer has an appointment, the 6-month recall delivery schedule events resume using the last met appointment date.
As long as a patient has an appointment schedule they are not classified as being in recall.
