Issue Description:
Using Chrome or Edge browsers in Apteryx 6.2.1, tiles are visible on left pane but thumbnails do not populate. Opening a series does not load images.
Practice management software may also open Apteryx embedded in their application, but images are not displayed in thumbnails and series cannot load.
Basic troubleshooting steps:
Confirm Apteryx site opens outside of PMS. If Apteryx opens, this is an issue with integration.
If Apteryx has same issue:
Check browser version. If an older version, update to most recent version and test. issue was confirmed on Chrome version 110.0.5481.104 and earlier.

If the practice is not sure how to update Edge, please contact your IT or check Microsoft's update information: Microsoft Edge update settings - Microsoft Support
If most recent version, clear browser cache and restart Chrome.
Test to confirm images are visible.
The following issues has been seen with DSN Practice management embedded integration:
Apteryx Online Capture was working outside of integration, cache cleared, and Chrome was most recent version.
the practice should contact DSN support for assistance with resolving the issue.
