How to Verfiy Carrier Support in Denticon:
You can confirm whether a carrier supports DXC claim attachments directly within Denticon:
- Navigate to Setup > Insurance > Dental Carriers
- Locate and select the applicable carrier
- Review the DXC Claim Attachment section
- If the carrier is eligible, the status will display as “Supported”
- If the carrier is not eligible, the attachment option will not be available during claim submission
Alternative Submission Options:
If a carrier does not support DXC attachments, additional documentation must be submitted using one of the following methods:
- Directly through the carrier’s website or portal
- By mailing attachments via USPS, based on the carrier’s requirements
