Issue description:
When you add a procedure code but cannot add it to your office, it may be because it was not marked for "Assign to All Offices" at time of creation. To correct this, you will need to use the steps within this guide for each office.
Signs:
- You (or another team member) added a procedure code under the menu for Setup > Procedure Codes but it does not appear in the following menus:
- Treatment Plan
- Ledger
- Appointments
Troubleshooting steps:
- Access the menu for Setup > Offices > Office Assignment
- Select the office on the left
- Access the Procedures tab
- Press Edit Office
- Select the Code Category of the procedure code you wish to add
- Select the code on the left side of the screen
- Multiple codes can be selected by holding the Ctrl/Control key while clicking your selections.
- Press the assign button (right arrow [>])
- Press the assign all button (double right arrow [>>]) when you wish to assign all procedures available on the left.
- Press Save confirm.
- Repeat with each office and code as needed.

Best Practices to avoid this in the future would be to used the "Assign to All Offices" selection when creating codes that apply to multiple offices.
