- There are several pre-set toolbars based on role, however additional custom setups can be made.
- The toolbar is set at an individual level, and each user has the ability to set their own under Setup - Security - My Settings.
- In order to create a new toolbar, begin by giving the toolbar a title at the top.
- Next, select the functions that should be available using this toolbar on the left under “Available Functions”, and click the right arrow to move them to the “Assigned Functions” section.
- Once the assigned functions are complete, use the up and down arrows on the right-side of the screen to organize the functions into the desired order.
- Once the assigned functions are ordered, save the new template.
- In order for users to be able to utilize the toolbar, have an administrator update the user’s settings, or instruct the user to update their settings.
