Issue description:
When you sign into Denticon, you will either see the "My Page" landing page or "Patient Self Check - In Only" landing page. If you are getting the wrong page when trying to sign into a user account, this page will guide an admin user through the steps to correct your account.
Signs:
The sign in page for your Denticon account displays a patient check-in portal instead of your account's My Page. You will not be able to do this on your own account, the "Patient Self Check - In Only" landing page does not have access to the office's Denticon settings.
Troubleshooting steps:
- You will need your admin to go to the dropdown menu for "Setup" > "Security" > "Users" and select your account.
- Then the admin user can select your username on the left.
- Next, the admin will select the "User Settings" tab and press the "Edit" button.
- After this, they will need to change the field for "Start-up Screen" and set it to "My Page" before pressing "Save" to confirm.
- Clear your browser history and cache for "All Time" after they have completed this process.
- Access PlanetDDS.com and use the "I'm A Client" dropdown menu to access Denticon's sign-in screen.
- Log in as per usual; your account should now be fixed!
