The paperclip icon in the Patient Dashboard, will only show patient notes that have an uploaded/scanned document (something with a signature for example). Whereas, the Notes screen can filter to show ALL patient notes. Saved PDF’s will not display, only uploaded or scanned documents.
Our office is not seeing saved PDF documents in the paperclip icon. Why is this happening?
