Overview
If you need to print notes recorded in a patient's record, Denticon provides a Patient's Notes report that can be used to retrieve and print historical notes associated with a patient.
For practices that have been using Denticon for many years, it is important to note that the standard Clinical History report may only display up to 10 years of history. To access older information, you can use the Patient's Notes report described below.
How to Print Patient Notes
Follow these steps to print notes recorded in the patient's Notes screen:
- Navigate to Reports.
- Select Lists.
- Click Patient List.
- Choose the Patient's Notes report.
- Enter the patient's Last Name.
- Click Search.
- Review the results and print the report as needed.

- The Patient's Notes report is intended to display notes entered within the patient's Notes screen.
- Results may vary depending on how historical information was originally documented.
