Usually when Denticon hears of this happening, the Payment Portal is not fully integrated in Denticon's Account Settings.
To ensure future payments from the Payment Portal display in Denticon, the office would make the following changes:
Indicate the Payment Type options that should be available for selection.
Go to Setup
Payment / Adjustment Types
Select PMT MC/Visa or another credit card type
Edit
Place a checkmark in the ‘Show in Payment Portal’ field
Save
