When the message "DXC ...Invalid User" appears or Real Time Eligibility gives a "Clearinghouse Error [Invalid User]", the system is saying that the users credentials don't match the credentials for the Electronic Data Interchange. Normally, this happens when a user changes the password in DentalXChange and doesn't change it in Denticon. If a user has changed the password for DentalXChange they must change the password in Denticon. To do this, go to Setup/Offices/Office Setup, select the correct office, click on the Integration tab, then Edit Office. Enter the new password in the EDI to match what is in DentalXChange.
