Pre Authorizations work a little different when sending to DentalXchange from Denticon.
When submitting a Preauth, you would ensure the status of the preauth is Created, Not Sent and click Save.
Saving the Preauth will send it to the Batch Claims Processing Screen (Utilities /Batch Claims Processing) for the office to send over to DentalXchange.
How are Preauths sent electronically when the 'E-claims' button is grayed out?
