To utilize the lab functions within the appointment edit screen, the office must have the Labs setup in your account.
The Account Administrator may set this up at Setup / Lab / Add New
Once at least 1 lab is entered, the lab function within the appointment will no longer be grayed out.
We're unable to add lab information within an appointment. Why is this happening?
