From the Patient Overview Screen,
Click the blue ' Medical Alerts' hyperlink
To review an existing additional notes, scroll down to the 'Additional Comments' section.
For New Medical Alerts, click the 'Add New' button and scroll down to the 'Additional Comments' section.
After saving the additional comment, it can be found on the Patient Overview and the Quick Information
popup in the Medical Alerts sections.
The additional comments can also be found on all printout versions of the Medical History and in the
Add/Edit Appointment screen.
