When Dentiray Capture displays a message similar to the one below:

You try to clear this message by clicking Yes, but despite this, that message continues to appear. The cause is due to Windows Security rights denying permission to the Safety Cache for image removal.
Here are the steps to resolve:
1) You will need to have your IT support standing by for the deletion steps.
2) Go to Advanced User Tools --> Preferences within Dentiray Capture.
3) Enter the password "AKRON" (all uppercase, no quotes).
4) Select "Database" on the left side, which will reveal the location of your Safety Cache:
For most installation of Dentiray Capture, the Safety Cache will be located in the following location:
%ProgramData%\DCV\SafetyCache
5) Open up File Explorer within Windows, and paste the directory address listed in the above step, and hit "Enter."
5) You should see a folder with your computer's name on it.
6) Right-click the folder with your PC's name on it, and select Delete (this will require administrator rights).
7) If you have not already done so, close Dentiray Capture and reopen. You should no longer see that message.
8) To prevent this from occurring in the future, have your IT support set the access permissions for the Safety Cache folder to "Full Control" for all Users.
