If you are getting sensor not detected or recognized please check Windows Device Manager to make sure Windows does see and recognizes the sensor attached to the PC.
Launch Device Manager:
In the search bar type in Device Manager
Once you have Device Manager open go ahead and unplug the sensor for about 5 seconds and plug it back in to the PC. If you see an error similar below in the screenshot, please contact your sensor manufacture support to resolve. There could be multiple reason why you are seeing that error, no drivers, bad faulty wire, bad usb port, etc...
Windows has to recognize and detect your sensor for it to work within our software.
