In the Scheduler, the Provider Time Columns serve as a snapshot of the Providers’ day. In views with a
large number of Providers and/or Operatories, these columns (on the left side of the screen) can take up
a wide part of the screen.
If the 'Hide Provider Time' box is unchecked the columns display on the left of the Scheduler.
Users can now set their preference to default automatically to 'Hide Provider Times' when accessing the Scheduler .
• Users can go to Setup > Security > My Settings.
• Check the Yes box for Scheduler View – Hide Provider Time and click Save.
• Now the box will be checked by default.
• Users can toggle on this checkbox in the Scheduler.
Hide Provider Time box is checked and the columns are now hidden.
