Denticon must be integrated for TransFirst/TSYS or Open Edge credit card processing account via:
- Access the word “Setup” and choose the “Offices” option from the drop-down box
- Select the desired location
- Click the Edit Office button
- Access the “Integration” tab

Verify the credit card activation information is entered (If these are missing, you will need to stop and reach out to TSYS or Open Edge for assistance with Credit Card Integration):
- TCID
- Registration Key
(Planet DDS CSRs are unable to provide you with TCID or Registration Key. If missing, you will need to reach out to Open Edge or TSYS to obtain those)
- Click the Save button
To ensure that the office is enabled for recurring payments with Transfirst/TSYS or Open Edge
- Access the word “Setup” and choose the “Account Info” option from the drop-down box
- Click the Advanced Tab
- Click Edit Account
- Place a check mark next to "Use Auto Recurring Payments with Transfirst"
- Save
When the office is active to process credit card transactions through TransFirst/TSYS, or Open Edge, the 'patient payment' and 'payment plan' screen will indicate:
- Card Holder name field
- Credit Card # field
- CVV# field
- What is CVV # hyperlink
- Expiration Date field
- A Swipe Card button
