When Denticon hears of this situation, it is usually discovered that the user is marked as “inactive.”
To correct:
- click the word “Setup”
- choose the “Security” and “Users” options from the drop-down list
- select the user’s name
- click the Edit button
- Indicate “Yes” in the “Active” field
- click the Save button
To change the password:
- click the Edit button
- click the “Change Password” hyperlink
- enter the new password
- enter the same new password to confirm
- click the Save button
