Introduction:
Users can be assigned to work in multiple offices of a PGID. Once offices have been assigned to a user, one of the offices can be set as the "Home Office". This will be the office that Denticon will show as selected by default when the user first logs in.
Process description:
The home office will need to be selected in user's user settings.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Go to Setup>Security>Users.
- Select the user.
- Click the Edit button.
- Navigate to the "Office Access" tab.
- Review the offices the user is assigned to and make any necessary changes.
- Select the desired office in the drop-down menu labeled "Home Office".
- Press Save.
