Description:
As part of Denticon's Referral Management utility users are able to create customer referral forms for use when sending out referrals. Users are able to include data tags in their forms that will pre-populate with information. However, not all data tags in Denticon are compatible with these forms. When the external referral feature was first created, an external referral was intended to be sent via the 'e-referral portal' which meant that data tags generating addresses, phone numbers, etc. were not needed since the referral was delivered directly to the intended recipient via the e-referral portal.
Best Practices:
There are a couple fields that will work for external referring providers. The fields are:

As a workaround:
- Navigate to Setup>Referrals>Referrals.
- Select the Referral Provider that the referral will be sent to.
- Scroll down to the section for "Custom Fields".
- In the "Custom 1" field, enter the referred to provider's address.
- In the "Custom 2" field, enter the referred to provider's phone number.
