If you have a location that has changed its physical address, you'll need to follow the steps outlined in this guide to update your office's address in Denticon.
Process description:
If the location that moved is the corporate address or you are a single location, you'll need to update the address in both your account setup and office setup. If only one location moved in a PGID with many offices, you'll only need to update the address in your office settings.
Prerequisites:
To makes changes to your account settings you'll need to have the security right "Setup-Account Screen Full Control" and to make changes to your office settings, you'll need to have the security right "Setup- Office Screen Full Control".
Step-by-step instructions:
To change the corporate address:
- Go to Setup>Account Info.
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Update the corporate address.
To change the office address:
- Go to Setup>Offices>Office Setup.
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Update the treating address.
