Introduction:
At this time, there is no report that will show all incoming or outgoing text messages. However, there are several places within Denticon where users can review text history.
Step-by-step instructions:
- You can view the communication history for a specific patient by clicking the patient cell phone number on the Patient Overview screen.
- You can also click on the "SMS" icon in the toolbar to review your inbox, clicking on a specific text thread will show you sent/received messages.
- If you want to review SMS sent by automated campaigns, you can go to Utilities>Launch>Automated Campaigns, select your campaign, then select the excel icon to view a report of communication sent via automated campaigns.
