If you are migrating from another merchant to Denticon Pay, you'll need to switch the office's payment contracts over to Denticon Pay. Here are two separate options for editing the contracts:
Option 1: Delete Existing Contract and Create a New One
Step 1: Navigate to the contract screen and find the delete contract button
Step 2: Once the contract is deleted you can go ahead and create a new contract that will be set up through Denticon Pay
Option 2: Update billing card and keep existing contract
Step 1: Navigate to the recurring contracts screen and find the “Update Billing Card“ button
Step 2: Click the “Update Billing Card“ button and enter card information you would like to use for the recurring contract
Step 3: Click “Save“ and this will update the contract with a recurring token that Denticon Pay can use and the contract will function as normal
*Updating the billing card will allow you to move an existing contract over to Denticon Pay
