In a constant effort to continually improve security of Denticon, clients have direct access to data from our internal monitoring systems (effective 6/2/2011).
User Activity Report –
· Click the word “Reports (old)” and choose the “Group Reports” and “Other Reports” options from the drop-down box
· Select the “User Activity Report”
· Indicate the desired users for the report
· Indicate the desired date(s) for the report
· Click the Print/Preview button to generate the report to Adobe Acrobat Reader
There are two reports in this menu:
Login Activity –
· This report lists all the times that the selected users logged into Denticon. The times are listed in reverse chronological order (the newest is first in the list).
· The report displays the IP address from where the user logged in. It is a good way to know whether that user logged in from the office, or from somewhere else. In order to determine the exact source location, you will need to contact your ISP or the user’s ISP. Planet DDS does not have that information.
All Activity –
· The report will list in reverse chronological order (the newest is first in the list) all the pages visited by the user for the date range specified, including the login activity.
· The report specifies the patient with which the user was working on the indicated page.
· Note: Depending on the report criteria, this may be a VERY LARGE report. It may be best to modify the selection to view a single user at a time, within a limited date range.
