There are two reports to consider, depending on the information you seek.
When the patient has a Treatment Plan, and has unused annual dental insurance benefits –
· Click the word “Reports” and choose the “Insurance Reports” option from the drop-down box
· Click the “Benefits Used/Unused and choose "Treatment Plan” report
· Input the desired report criteria
· Click the button to generate the report to the Adobe Acrobat Reader window
When the patient has a Recall Due, and has unused annual dental insurance benefits –
· Click the word “Reports” and choose the “Insurance Reports” option from the drop-down box
· Click the “Benefits Used/Unused - Recall” report
· Input the desired report criteria
· Click the button to generate the report to the Adobe Acrobat Reader window
NOTE: In the Report Criteria, the “Anniversary Date Range” is for the plan’s Anniversary Date. That is, when the next period for when a plan’s benefits rollover or renew.
