To obtain a list of all claims transmitted within a date range:

Click the word “Reports”
Click “Insurance Reports”
Select the “Claims List” report
Indicate Claims
Indicate the desired date range
Enter desired criteria
Click the button

NOTE: The Date Range reflects the date claims are generated, not the date of service.
