Very likely, the patient is marked to be “Inactive” in the patient overview screen.
From the Patient Search screen, ensure a checkmark is in the “Include Inactive Patients” box,
and perform the search again.
To re-activate the patient, from the Patient Overview screen, click the Edit button in the Patient
Information area. From the Edit Patient Information screen, click the checkbox next to “Active” to
remove the mark. Click the Save button to finish.
