- Double-click the patient’s appointment in the Scheduler to access the Add/Edit Appointment screen.
- Click the Add Patient button. An important reminder is to always check that there is not a duplicate patient record before adding a new patient.
- At the Add Patient screen, select to (1) Add New Patient with the patient as its own responsible party, or (2) Add New Member to an existing responsible party account.
- Click the Continue button, and confirm the addition of a new patient.
- Follow the xxx >> buttons through the setup steps.
- At the final screen, click the Finish button to complete the patient setup.
