On your toolbar click the word “Setup” and choose the “Misc Setups” option from the drop-down box.
Select “Responsible Party Types” and click the EDIT button.
- To add a new responsible party type, input a two-character code in the “Type Code” field and a meaningful name in the “Description” field. Click the "Add" button to add the responsible party type to the listing.
- To delete a responsible party type, click the "Delete" button at the desired type.
- Click the "Save" button and confirm any changes.
Note:
Responsible party types that are assigned to the account cannot be deleted.
