A patient wants to know which claims were paid and which claims are still outstanding. What’s the best way to get this information?

Access the patient’s ledger. The default view is for “Show All” information (production, collections, adjustments, and claims). Change the view to filter the information to show only the desired information.

The same method can be used to obtain an account’s claim information.
