A Ledger can be printed for either a patient or an account by two methods.
Method 1 – From the patient’s record –
(1) For a Patient’s Ledger, click on the “Print Reports” icon on the toolbar line and choose the “Patient Ledger” option from the drop-down box. Respond to the inquiry regarding the addition of patient notes. A separate report window will open with the desired report, and the report can be printed from the screen by clicking the printer icon button.
(2) For an Account Ledger, click on the “Print Reports” icon on the toolbar line and choose the “Account Ledger” option from the drop-down box. Respond to the inquiry regarding the addition of patient notes. A separate report window will open with the desired report, and the report can be printed from the screen by clicking the printer icon button.
Method 2 – From Reports / Ledger Reports –
(3) For a Patient’s Ledger, click the “Patient Ledger” option. Indicate the desired patient and the date range desired. A separate report window will open with the desired report, and the report can be printed from the screen by clicking the printer icon button.
(4) For an Account Ledger, click the “Account Ledger” option. Indicate the desired Responsible Party and the date range desired. Click the Print / Preview button. A separate report window will open with the desired report, and the report can be printed from the screen by clicking the printer icon button.
