First, add the fee schedule. Ensure the “Fee Schedule Type” is selected as “Ins. – PPO”.

Ensure the insurance carrier is included in the Insurance Carriers listing.
Click the word “Setup” and choose the “Fee Schedules” and “Fee Schedule Assignments” options from the drop-down box.
A listing of fee schedule assignments are listed in this screen. After researching and confirming that the fee schedule is not already assigned, Click the assign new fee schedule button.
To attach a fee schedule to a the specialist,
Select the PPO fee Schedule
Select the Carrier Name(s)
Select the Office or if applies to ALL locations , Select Not Applicable
Select the Specific Provider
Click the assign fee schedules button
Confirm the Assignment
