Denticon has the ability to have very specific fee schedule assignments in order to accommodate lots of scenarios.
The fee schedule assignment is accomplished:
- click the word “Setup”
- choose the “Fee Schedules” option from the drop-down list
- choose the “Fee Schedule Assignments” option
- Click the assign new fee schedules button
Using the “Add New” fields at the bottom of the screen:
- If the contracted fee schedule is applicable to every provider in every location of the entire organization --> the PPO-type fee schedule is assigned to the insurance carrier
- If the contracted fee schedule is applicable to every provider in a specific office --> the PPO-type fee schedule is assigned to the insurance carrier and, at the same time, to the office
- If the contracted fee schedule is applicable to only a specific provider in every location of the entire organization --> the PPO-type fee schedule is assigned to the insurance carrier and, at the same time, to the specific provider
- If the contracted fee schedule is applicable to only a specific provider in a specific office --> the PPO-type fee schedule is assigned to the insurance carrier and, at the same time, to the office as well as to the specific provider
