Denticon always welcomes suggestions for improvements from users.
A user may input a recommendation:
- click the word “Help”
- choose the “Submit Product Suggestion” option from the drop-down list
Within the Feature Request screen, a user may:
- Via the Landing Page:
- Search for product suggestions that other users have input
- Review suggestions that you previously input
- Vote for product suggestions that other users have input
- Input a program enhancement recommendation
- Search for product suggestions that other users have input
Because the product suggestions are considered by Denticon’s programming team based on “how many people want the feature,” we recommend to “search first, vote next, add last” which means:
- Search first for the already input existing suggestions to see what is already asked for consideration of a programming change
- Vote next if there is an already requested program enhancement recommendation
- Add last if there is not an already requested program enhancement recommendation so that others may vote on your request
Once the user has voted “I want this” to an existing request, the user may indicate the user’s priority of importance.
NOTE: The ability to input a Feature Request depends on the security right within the user’s assigned Security Group Rights, as designated by the dental organization’s Administrative team. Denticon’s team is not able to grant the security right to the user.
