Many times, in multi-location practices, there are multiple explosion codes which are entered yet only a few apply to a particular office.
Once the explosion code is defined in the “Setup / Procedure Codes / Explosion Codes” screen:
- Click the word “Setup” and "Offices"
- Choose the “Office Assignment” option from the drop-down box
- Select the desired location
- select the “Explosion Codes EX” tab
- click the Edit button
- define the desired “Assigned Explosion Codes”
- click the Save button
