When I requested the online password reset assistance, I didn’t get the email. What is wrong?

When Denticon hears of this, we usually discover that the office’s setup does not indicate an email address.
To correct:

• Click the word “Setup” and "Offices"
• Choose the “Office Setup” option from the drop-down list
• Select the office name
• Click the Edit Office button
• Indicate the office email address in the “Email” field
• Click the Save button
