In order to maximize the user experience using optimum speed, Denticon archives past years’ appointments beyond two years old. As a result, past appointments from previous years might not be viewable on the Scheduler Window.
Denticon recommends to consider generating a report which would provide all the necessary appointment information the office wishes to view. Each report allows to define the desired date range, as well as additional report criteria.
