On the Scheduler Add/Edit Appointment screen, the user has two option tabs for entering procedures – “Quick Add” and “Tx Plans”.
If a treatment plan exists for the patient, the “Tx Plans” tab will be the default tab when the appointment details are accessed.
Saved Treatment Plans are listed in folders, and appear by Phase numbers. Each Phase is indicated by a separate folder, with a plus mark (+) beside the folder. Click on the plus mark to open the Phase folder. Each procedure in the Phase will be listed.
Single click to highlight the desired procedure(s) for the appointment. Click the Add button to place the procedures in the Treatments area.
Process the appointment.
Clicking the Post button in the Add/Edit Appointment screen will ensure the procedures are reported to the Ledger, and will change the Treatment Plan status to Completed.
