We have accounts which have credit balances. How can we understand which accounts those are?

To understand the Responsible Party accounts which have a credit balance:

• Click the word “Reports” and choose"Monthly Reports” 
• Select the appropriate report:
  • For a dental practice with only one office location – select the “Aging Report” report
  • For a dental practice which has multiple office locations, and wishes to generate the report for only the Responsible Party accounts within the active office location – select the “Aging Report by Home Office” report.
• Place a checkmark in the “Show only Credit Balances” box
• Click the button
