We would like to review all the Tickler messages sent by and to our staff members. Is there a report to help with this?

To understand the Tickler messages input in a date range:

• Click the word “Reports” "Reports (old)"
• Choose the “Group Reports” and “Other Reports” options from the drop-down box
• Select the “Tickler” report
• Define the date range for the posted Tickler messages
• Click the Print/Preview button
