If that user is allowed access to the selected office, the message will be received by the user.

Denticon’s Tickler feature cannot distinguish between “access” and “physically works at” regarding user access.

If the user has the ability to access only one location, the user will get a Tickler message intended for only that location.

If the user has the ability to access more than one location, the user will get a Tickler message intended for any location that is assigned to that user.
