Users can send messages to any user in their account group. They can also send messages to themselves as self-reminders. Access the Tickler. From the “Utilities”.
A notification message box will appear only when the user logs in, and if the user has any unread messages. Clicking on the message box will direct the user to the Tickler Inbox.
The Toolbar will show the total number of unread messages in the Inbox. Clicking on the icon will direct the user to the Tickler Inbox.
NOTE –If you need to submit a support ticket, please do so by going to Help>Help Portal>Submit A Ticket. The Tickler feature is intended for internal office use only.
