The email address which is indicated in setup/security/users is used only for Help Portal Ticket communication.The email address which is indicated in setup/account info is what PlanetDDS uses for account billing communication.
To confirm and/or change the email address which is used for account communication:
- Click the word “Setup” and choose the “Account Info” option from the drop-down box
- Click the Edit button
- Update the account’s email address
- Click the Save button
