When we generate an Audit Trail report, there are claim-related items which indicated status letters. What do the letters indicate?

The claim status letters indicate:

Q – Created, Not Sent

S – Sent

A – Closed

P – Partial Payment

PS – Pre Auth Sent

PC – Pre Auth Closed

For Example: Q to S indicates a previously created but not sent claim was sent

A to Q indicates a closed claim was reopened

A to S indicates a closed claim was resubmitted
