All procedures which are anticipated to be performed on a patient should be input into the patient’s Treatment Plan screen.
To obtain a list of treatment planned procedures that have not been scheduled and/or not yet completed:
- Click the word “Reports”
- Click “Treatment Plan Reports”
- Select the “Treatment Plan Status - Detail” report
- Indicate the date range in which the treatment planned procedures were entered into a patient record

In the “Exclude Treatment Plans” box, checkmark the boxes for:
- Scheduled
- Completed
- Click the Print/Preview button
