Denticon enables you, on your own, to update your Denticon account with your DentalXChange username and password
To implement the office DentalXChange username and password into the Denticon account, the office’s administrator should:
- Click Setup>Offices>Office Setup>
- Select the office from the list on the left
- Click the Edit Office button
- Select the “Integration” tab
- Input the DentalXChange user name in the "EDI Vendor Username" section
- Input the new DentalXChange password in the “EDI Password” field
- Confirm the new DentalXChange password in the “Confirm EDI Password” field
- Click the Save button
Once the Office setup is updated, the Denticon-to- DentalXChange bridge will be instantly created, and the office can successfully transmit claims.
A functioning bridge may be tested by clicking the word “Utilities” and choosing the “E-claims Management” option from the drop-down list. If the user successfully reaches the office’s account on the DentalXChange website, the bridge is functioning properly.
Please keep in mind if you change your DentalXChange password is changed at any time, you'll need to update that information in Denticon.
