The office may wish to designate the account as a collection account.
o Access the account.
o In the Responsible Party section, click the Edit button.
o Place a checkmark in the box at “Send to Collection.”
o Click the Save button.
To generate batch letters to the Responsible Parties:
o Click the word “Reports” and select “Letters” from the dropdown list.
o Select the button at “Financial Communiques.”
o Indicate the desired Report Criteria on the right side of the screen.
o Click the Print / Preview button.
An Adobe report window will open, allowing the user to print the letter.
