The Patient is defined as “the person who receives dental treatment in the dental office.”
The Responsible Party is defined as “the person who promises to pay the office for all treatment, and whose name appears on the monthly financial statement.”
The Subscriber is defined as “the holder of the insurance plan.” Please note in Denticon the subscriber does not need to be registered as a patient or responsible party.
All three entries can be the same person, or different people.
